Fancy a project.???

That's not even worth polishing I don't think just get a respray and be done with it, it's gone right down to the primer by the looks of it.

Fen's right definatly overpriced it doesn't even look like it's been well looked after not for a while anyways so something will quite likely be wrong with it.

Too low mileage IMO, hideous paint looks like it's been blown in over the rear arch realtively recently (so probably rusty) etc. etc.

Looks like it stood for six years between 2000 and 2006 where it no doubt faded to its current state - criminal []

It was probably worth about 13-15k in 2000. really, really sad [:(]

- so that's what happens when you leave it out in the sunshine for 18 years [:(]
The clock works though [:D]

Can someone ring & find out why it was Cat C? - I'm curious

looks like it's had some suspension work - sits very low
£3k would be pushing it

I wouldn't pay more than it would break for and I'd err on the safe side and say that's £2k.

and I though the Guards red on my car was faded before I t-cut and polished it last year, but it was nowhere near as bad as that car is now. I think that one would need machine mopping with G3 paste to remove the oxidation.

Category C write off on its history is much more worying than the paintwork - red is the worst for fading
