"Basically if you can get an idea of numbers before hand it would be better for us, we are trying to get everyone to register before hand so we can issue passes. Obviously if you just turned up on the day you would get into the show but not guaranteed special parking however if you register before hand you can have your own section, maybe along side the North East guys if you wish."

Hi all. Above is a message from David Harding, the organiser of the Fastlane Show . Need numbers asap for the show along with reg numbers of cars attending. Looking to meet up at 0900 at Wetherby Services (A1 jn 46). Should then take us around 2hrs to get to Corbridge. See you on Sunday. John

John,

I've emailed David and asked that you are parked up with us, obviously this will be determined by numbers on the day and how soon you arrive at the venue.

regards
Ash

Thanx Ashley. Will be seeing a few of the members on the fish & chip run to Whitby this Sunday so can get a better idea of numbers. Planning to get there around 11ish. John

"It is £5 per car, I will need a completed form from you so I can issue passes etc, Ideally could do with money before hand to save complications on the day but if this is going to cause difficulties then we can do it on the day,
This is not a profit making exercise and profits will be going to Help for Heroes.
Once you have sent the form back to me, If you have any extra cars just let me know and I shall gladly add them for you."

Hi all. Above message re Fastlane Show. Could I possibly have names and reg's at next meeting please, along with £5 per car then we can get passes in advance and dedicated parking.

Cheers

For those who missed the clubnight on Wednesday and haven't yet paid, could you please contact David Harding c/o www.fastlaneshow.co.uk and pay him the £5 entrance fee either via cheque or paypal with your vehicle details asap for passes so we can bypass the gate and head straight for the dedicated parking area, which, I believe, will be with the R3 members. Could you also let me know who is definately meeting up at Wetherby services at 9am so we don't leave anyone behind (it'll probably be me!!) So far there are 6 vehicles but probably more to come judging by comments the other night. See you all again soon. John

Subject me surving a track day as the passenger with Chris (Carnaby35),
Lorraine and I will be there at 9.00am

Steve

Who will issue passes for this event - paid £5 at April meeting to attend - did not hear any news about it at the meeting last night.

Rita & John

Sorry John, should have mentioned at the meeting. I will be getting passes this week and will hand them out when we meet up at Wetherby. Hope weather decides to keep up! Cheers.

Hi all, Have now received passes for next Sunday so meet you all at 9am at Wetherby services (A1) nice and fresh. Hope the sun comes out as today - unfortunately working, as is always the case when the sun shines!! Cheers, John

Thanks for organising John, it was a shame you couldn't organise some better weather! It was very nice and sunny on the way home though.

If any one has any pictures can they let me have them.

Hi Mark
Yes, obviously the sun doesn't venture north of Scotch Corner.
It was a good run out though and some nice cars. Have emailed you some pictures I took in between showers.
Got back home and been fine all day. Managed to cut the grass as well!
We could have sat in the car drinking coffee at home on the drive and had better weather!
Teach us to go to outside events before June eh??
