At least he admits it in his auction...
Dodgey e-bayer:

This has only ever been released on video and is now extremely rare.

Offerd for sale is a DVD backup copy of the video and, for copyright reasons, you must already be the owner of the video to buy this item. This DVD is intended purely for your convenience allowing you to watch the footage on DVD and not risk further wear and tear on your valuable and prized original video cassette original copy. By clicking on 'Buy It Now' you are confirming that you are in posession of the original video and accepting this condition..

Nice attempt to get around the e-bay terms and conditions[&:]

Wouldn't touch it.

Ruf themselves intend to bring this out as an extra on the next DVD they do.

There is a link here where you can watch both laps of the Nurburgring in the RUF CTR. I believe this is exactly what you get in the video. Even though it is free I believe it will not stop you wanting to buy the video as I don't think quality etc are as good. Anyway, enjoy as this is an amazing display of car control by Stefan Roser, especially if you take into account how difficult the Nurburgring is to drive.

Have to say I bought one from this guy . . . and I'm happy with it . . . actually quite surprised at the quality.
