Hi I am a new Porsche owner with a low mileage 20 year old 2.7 Tiptronic 986 Boxster bought in Spain where I live normally...The garage selling the car to me changed the dead battery and now have a Code 3 airbag fault showing low voltage on the computer link-up...after reset goes off for a few seconds and then comes back on...any idea?..apart from maybe going back to the days when we didn't have computers and seemed to get along just fine...just saying....

Thanks

Ken

According to the diagnostic sheet, it could be the alternator or a bad connection or earth. Less likely to be the alternator IMO, but it would be worth checking the connectors and ground point.
