Fault finding my sunroof.

Well, finally got the 944 back on it's wheels.
Went for a blast to the local petrol station.
Man it's fun!
Like a really race car!
(I'm only used to old van and trucks! Lol)
Just got indicators to sort out and it will be ready for MOT.
But........
Sunroof isn't working.
What we know. ......
Motor/arms works when shorted straight to battery.
Switch seems to test/work okay.
Has 12volks supply one side and 3volt supply the other. Is this correct?????
Roof microswitch was faulty, awaiting replacement.
But twisted wires together and still nothing.

Help! People's thought, ideas?
