Hi Ricardo

There was some discussions at the Hawes on Thursday about all meeting at the Little Chef (not to eat god forbid) at Dreghorn on the Edinburgh bypass, and then all head over together.

I will finalise details and do a post here to let you all know.

We're waiting [8D]

Unless someone knows otherewise thats two of us from the west!

Guess we will be meeting the East contingent somewhere

Dear Drivers,
We are precisely one week away from our big day and we hope that you are as
excited as we are about the day. We are currently making up all the
documentation that you will for the day but in the meantime, we are
attaching directions on how to get to Carberry Tower itself, and a copy of
the overall site map of Carberry Tower so that you can see where you need to
go once on the site. To supplement this we will have staff at strategic
points to guide you, plus enough signage to ensure (hopefully) that none of
you loose your way.

As mentioned in last week's e-mail, in order that we may ensure everyone is
signed-in and registered for the day in a timely fashion, we need all of you
to be with us at Carberry Tower for between 10am and 10:30am on the morning
of 14th May. You will be greeted by our staff who will check you in and
show you where to park & give you an information pack with all the details
you need to know about the day. You will also be given Fun Day Out stickers
for your car windows to both identify your car number (essential when
matching the children to cars) and identify you as part of the FDO tour.
Once your car is parked, you will be invited to come to the main marquee
where you will be able to get hot tea/coffee and morning snacks, while the
families are being checked in.

One thing we learnt from last year, was that the smaller children are often
too little to see out of the passenger window of the car when sitting in a
Porsche. As a result, we would really appreciate it if you could all bring
a cushion with you, so that if the child you take on the tour is very young,
they will at least be able to see the scenery as you drive along.

The day will last until approximately 5pm and there is plenty of food/drink
and entertainment for all to enjoy on site.

We are very much looking forward to meeting you all in person on the day and
send our thanks once again for your support.

Kind regards
Ferdie Le Fèvre
