Feedback invitation from Porsche

Following the car's first service a few weeks back I received an invitation from Porsche:

"We would like to thank you for visiting our Centre recently and would welcome your views on your experience, or any other aspect of Porsche ownership you would like to tell us about. . . ."

In general I am very satisfied with the car and the service provided by my OPC and gave corresponding feedback, however, I also took the opportunity to complain about the cost of sat nav updates and the need to offer a longer warranty period.

If you should be asked to provide feedback I would urge you to make similar comments, and who knows if enough of us do so things might improve - but I'm not holding my breath.

I am constantly being sent questionnaires by Porsche and Mercedes and I complete them but are sceptical that much of what we say is taken on board. Porsche's attitude to the extended warranty seems to fly in the face of what customers want. They only seem interested in being congratulated and ignore the adverse comments. I sometimes think they are a little like Steve Wright on Radio 2 who only ever reads out the "love the show"comments.

Completely mine anonymously, only to be pestered to death by the OPC for weeks on end for more details (despite giving chapter and verse in the additional comments scetions!). If they bothered to spend this amount of time with the customer in the first place they'd fair a lot better !

Since you have a personal log-in for these surveys its not difficult to trace the person concerned.

worth filling these in a returning them if your customer service experience was good. The person you are giving feedback on, typically the service manager you dealth with, gets a small bonus for every positive one he / she gets back.

I completed my survey after receipt of the new car ticking everything as excellent.

Could only praise the way I was dealt with from start to finish, so can highly recommend Bruce Coppin from Mid Sussex

Regards
Mark

I recently had mine serviced and received the same survey request.. I was quite happy with the service and cost = discount [:D]

Then this week another OPC rang me to see if I wanted the car servicing !?
So they don't seem to update the records via this survey or anything else?
