Hope you all had a great festive break, this is the one week notice for the final call to sign up for the post Christmas, Christmas party.
This year the event is at Beamish Hall on Saturday 11th January. Final numbers must be submitted by 9am on Monday 6th so this is the last few days to get involved.
This year's event will take place on Saturday, 11 January 2025 in the Winter Gardens at Beamish Hall Hotel (Coppy Lane, Beamish, Stanley DH9 0YB)
The main event will take place on the evening but as has become our tradition, many of us usually meet up mid-afternoon for some Christmas Cheer (in a glass).
The main event will start at 7pm with pre-meal drinks in the main Winter Gardens Hall. Dinner at 7.30pm with disco & celebrations 'til late.
The cost for this extravaganza is £45pp for a festive 3 course meal and the party. Spaces are limited so please don't hesitate to get your tickets. The deadline for bookings is 9am Monday, 6 January and this is an absolute deadline and unfortunately anyone wanting to book after this date will disappointed.
For anyone with any special dietary requirements, please can you make this clear at the time of booking by emailing r3@porscheclubgb.com.
We also have a preferential booking rate with 30 reserved rooms at the venue, obviously these are limited so again please get booking asap to avoid disappointment
