Lol welcome fella. Just laughing at Indian Red. Porsche called it many things for Red. In our year it was Indische or Indian Red. Commonly known as Guards Red though but still the fastest colour by far [:)]. You are in the right place.

will post pics sunday as its getting a few hours with a mop and some g3 than a couple of coats of color magic so should be glemming sunday the reg number is g955yjh if there are any members that used to own it are still on here by the looks of the the history which the most ive ever seen out of any car ive ever had shes been looked after [;)]

Nice One Jay, I have found Zymol Polish a bit better than Colour Magic at keeping my Red one Red, it seems to have a mild clay bar effect and lifts the dirt out of the paint, you can also use it on wet bodywork.

Speaking of which I must clean and polish mine again, it is more brown than red at the mo!

Hey Jamie. Welcome.

As Edd said, the S2 is the best 944 by a country mile; fastest, most nimble, no pesky lag to worry about and by far the most powerful.

Shame about the colour tho'. Red paint is much heavier than any other colour. It'll still be a good (nay, excellent) car, but not, perhaps, as good as a blue S2 ... [;)]

Hello and welcome from a Turbo owner who is totally comfortable with the irrefutable superiority of the S2.
Quoted, should you try and edit it Jon! [:)]

(Only you are a mod, so could probably edit the quoted version as well, eh? [] )
