Finding Porsche service history

Finally bought my dream car 996 turbo, and going through all the paperwork I have found the original owner never had the service book stamped. Went to my local dealer who has found a couple of services on his system but I am still missing a couple more. Can I speak to Porsche HO to track down the history ?

I had a similar 'problem' when I bought my 964 a few years ago. Although Porsche cannot give owner details, they were very helpful when it came to looking for any work carried out within the Porsche network. They also managed to carry out a recall that should have been done.
Certainly worth a try!

I simply rang my local OPC and spoke to the Service Manager and he chased it up for me with Reading. Took around two or three weeks but was worthwhile to find out what had (and hadn't!) been done to the car.

I tried this with my local OPC. Sadly they told me I'd have to do it myself and ring each OPC on the book for details of what had been done as they dont keep central records.
