Fire extinguisher seat mount

Does anybody have the standard Porsche seat mounted fire extinguisher. Will the bracket support a full size 2.25lb AFFF device 350mm long x 110mm dia? I have considered the Brey Kraus mount but it is not suitable for right hand manual seat. Any other thoughts/ideas appreciated.

I have the Porsche option 509 extinguisher. The bottle dimensions are approximately 85mm dia X 265mm long it weighs 4 1/2 lbs. It's retained in the cradle by a centrally located strap.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for that.
According to PET the 509 is discontinued and so no info for mounting bracket available. Any chance of pic of seat bracket without extinguisher mounted?

Surprisingly difficult to get my SLR camera and flash into the foot well - the best I could manage:

Ta very much. Looks exactly the same as 997 GT3 arrangement in respective PET. And hopefully the bracket holding the recepticle as shown in your pics will do the job. I will need to purchase bracket and seat strengthening pieces to find out as follows:
997 521 252 00
997 521 841 00
997 521 843 00
Now I'll take a deep breath and check prices! at Porsche Centre.
Many thanks again Allan
