You obviously dont have bl**dy seagulls up there cr*apping on your paintwork. I dont know what they eat but it even etches into glass if left for more than a day.

I gave mine a proper clean a couple of weeks ago (clay, 'chocolate sauce' and then Zymol). It's now absolutely covered in dust and has a lovely dent in the front wing courtesy of some snail-eating w@$&er in a camper van who couldn't wait 2 seconds for a gap to open up []

Cheers Andy,

It could have been worse. Unfortunately this happened while parked in the PCGB campsite that we paid a premium for, and it was one of 6 or 7 cars damaged (one other also accidentally and the rest by having their door mirrors kicked).

That is a very poor show. Does this mean that PCGB will have to take security guards next year in addition to all the other facillities they provide?

Whilst accidental damage is anoying, to say the least, wanton vandalism is disgusting. Those who know me will perhaps agree that, generaly, I am a laid back forgiving sort of guy; but when someone deliberately damages your car I do take the view that a length of 4x2 is the appropriate response.
