About to book my 2008 Boxster S in for its first service before the warranty expires.
Do I really need to have the brake fluid changed for £150 plus VAT? I know its hygroscopic, but thats always been the case and no other car I have ever owned has ever had its fluid changed in ten years let alone every two. What is the experience here?
How much engine oil is needed and is there a decent saving by taking your own?
Secondly, my phone (SIM card PCM) has developed a fault whereby it 'initialises' every time the car is used which means that it annoyingly cuts out the stereo.
Is this a known fault or do I just buy a new SIM card?
Thanks
