fitting 944 suspension

Has anyone fitted 944 S2 / turbo suspension / brakes to an early dash (1984) car ,i have every thing needed (alloy wishbones/hubs/arb's/alloy rear arms etc)and have seen the parts fitted to an 86 924 S which is the same set up. I cant figure out what to do with regards to the speedo but wanted to know if there are any other points i should know before starting the job ??
