fitting new bulbs

Sorry, need your help again Maurice.

Got the info for cleaning the headlights, and obviously good time to change bulbs, from p-car.com. Problem is they expect me know how to get at the headlights. Access does not seems so obvious, and as handy as I am, I like to know what bit connects to what bit when I am going into the unknown for the first time. It must be easy because they quote 30 mins for the job.
Apologies for the long intro - so, whats the trick?

Hi Maurice
Yes I am. I saw that lever and thought it was the headlights but didn't want to pop it until I knew what it was attached to. I'm on the case now.
