Checked this out a while back, but never got round to sorting it out (I live in Luxembourg).
Here's the mail from a company advertising in 911 & Porsche World :-

As a manufacturer of seat belts for classic and modern cars we can help you.
In this model we can fit 3 point static no problem. We cannot fit auto.s
There is limited room in this model so a Harness is possible but need special bar to be made.
A modern 3 point static belt will be black webbing and be around £ 35.00 each including fitting instructions and kits.(Dependant if there are any extras)
Typical extras would include coloured webbing and different textures, chromed anchor and fitting hardware, Special buckles etc.
We supply a fitting service at £45.00 / hour and we would need between 1.5>2.5 hours for this vehicle. if you were to come to England.
You can choose a mail order service, which will incur a P&P charge to be assessed.
We can support your local fitter with instructions and guide him through the fitting.
All prices subject to VAT
As safety is of great importance to us, we recommend that you can bring us the car to have the belts fitted.

Sounds like a good set up and one that I hope to use in the near future.
Good luck,
