Yes, ring Hamilton & Palmer, 01732 760022, they are very helpful. I thought I had lost mine and so I contacted them. They talked me through how to remove the alarm motherboard with a view to returning it to them for reprogramming but fortunately I found my master key before doing so.

Can definately confirm positive feedback below. Just got my 993 which only 1 fob and no red. Took car to hamilton and palmer and they fitted new central alarm module and provided new red + 2 new fobs for £140 all in. Very knowledgable, very friendly and very careful - highly recommended.

They are based near Sevenoaks in Kent - Chaucer Industrial Estate. Conatct per other posts.

Same problem here too. I took the car down to Hamilton and Palmer and they recoded the motherboard, recoded my working hand set, got me a spare and a red master. Took about 1 hour or so to do, there's a small Porsche specialist car dealer on the same lot so by the time I had a coffee and looked round the cars, Alarm was sorted!

thanks guys for infro.car alarm being sorted
Hamilton and Palmer a great help on phone
highly recommended

regards dave
