Fog Light Lens Clean / Replace?

Can anyone tell me if it is it possible to remove the front fog light lens to give access to the inside for cleaning or to replace it altogether? If so how?

Also - what front fog/side light bulbs are recommended to overcomne that yellow look that the standard bulb seems to give?

Thanks all.

Hi,

the lense is not designed to be detached . However, I have read of people removing it, cleaning it and regluing it back in position. Have a look on Rennlist.

IIRC the bulbs are H1 so any of the Halfords "blueish" bulbs will do the trick.

I thought about removing the electrics from behind and leaving the glass in situ rather than removing the glass - is this the best approach?

Having fitted Osram Silver Star H1 headlights bulbs I was considering Osram Silver Star H3 fog light bulbs but wonder if the "cool blue" will help overcome the yellow effect. Any views?
