I'm guessing yes. IIRC in the PET - headlights are different for right or left hand drive but the fog/auxiliary lenses are only one part number - so no difference. Key point is that these lights are meant to shine low on the ground vs a long way down the road so there is no issue with cutting off the beam for on-coming traffic.
