Fog /running light removal help!

Ive recently replaced the bulbs in my headlights to a more white colour so i was going to do the same to my running lights, except when i went to remove the 4 bolts that hold in the cluster, 3 seem to have been rounded off and the one that wasnt snapped off after half a turn. []
The other side is also rounded off and both sets are pretty rusted up. Can anyone suggest how i can get these off???

This is very, very common with the foglights. The screws corrode over the years and seize in place, then when you come to remove them they round off []. My indi managed to drill mine out very carefully when I needed to change a bulb, but you need a drill on a rig that is not going to wander. If it wanders and you damage the backplate beyond repair then a new backplate is £80 and a new lens is also £80.

When and if you do get them out, make sure you loosen the new screws very regularly or use copperslip to prevent it happening in 5 years from now [8|]
