Starting to plan an R6 European trip for next year. Good date for Gill and me would be Friday 2nd May to include the early May bank holiday. We would probably return home Sunday 11 th May.

Sail from Hull to Zeebrugge , itinerary to be decided.

Any takers?.

Hi Nick,
As mentioned at the club night. Yes I'm interested.
Although I've driven a fair bit abroad (with work) as regards touring abroad, my experience is nil. Needless to say I have limited knowledge as to the best scenic/driving routes.
Have you some thoughts and ideas already?
Are you still planning to seek some direction/organisation from the tour organiser you know or not?
Cheers
Paul

I think the lack of response is typical of this forum.

A short blast towards Nurburgring seems to be emerging as favourite. Possible Friday crossing and return the following Monday/Tuesday?

This area of the forum I would agree, but certainly not this forum...

Then again, with so many amazing roads in this regions area, why go anywhere else [8D]
I've just done a trip to the Ring and can say the Linder hotel was excellent with safe parking undercover.

Oh yes I see what he means now!

Thanks for the input Gary.

Paul, its looking likely the trip will not go ahead this year as proposed. It seems all who have expressed interest have different time slots and preferred destinations. It's therefore pretty much impossible to reconcile.

Maybe next year??

Hi Nick, presumably you mean the year after!! ? ;)
So much choice and so many options! Not to worry. Thanks for trying to sort something.
