On Saturday 17 November, in conjunction with Porsche Centre Tonbridge, we have arranged a Behind The Scenes visit to Cummins Engineering in Manston. Cummins are one of the largest manufacturers of diesel engines. [FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]We will have a guided tour of the manufacturing facility and have a chance to ask questions. Tea and Coffee will be provided. Unfortunately, we will only have space for a maximum of 30 people for this visit.[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]After the morning visit we will have time for some lunch and then a visit to The Spitfire & Hurricane Memorial Museum, which is also situated at Manston.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
CHRISTMAS MARKET WEEKEND in ARRAS[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Friday 30 November to Sunday 2 December[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Here is a chance to spend a weekend in Arras, Northern France and do some Christmas Shopping at the Christmas Market in the Town Square, which is easily reached on foot from the hotel. You could also do some sightseeing or take a guided tour of the 'boves', which are the tunnels under the town, excavated and lived in by the soldiers in WW1.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Cost is £210 per person, based on 2 sharing a car and double/twin room and includes Channel crossing via Eurotunnel, 2 nights Bed & Breakfast and a 4 Course Meal on Saturday evening.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Please call us for an Itinerary and further details if you are interested.[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]LAS VEGAS PARTY NIGHT[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
Holiday Inn, Wrotham[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Saturday 8 December[FONT=verdana,geneva"]We have moved our Christmas Meal forward one week from that published in the Calendar to Saturday 8 December. This year we thought we would do something different and get in the mood for the Christmas Festivities and will have a Las Vegas Party Night at the Holiday Inn, Wrotham.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]The evening will start at 7.00pm with a fun casino. this will be followed by a 3 course meal and coffee. There will then be time for another go in the casino or dance the night away to the disco. The evening will finish at Midnight.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Price is £36.95 per person and we will need a £10 per person deposit (non-refundable) with your booking. [FONT=verdana,geneva"]Final payment will be required by the end of October, together with your menu choices.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]There will be a limited number of rooms available for those wishing to stay over at the special rate of £36 per person (based on 2 sharing) which includes Breakfast.
