Forum Email Notifications

I know I wasn't the only one frustrated by the loss of forum email notifications when the website was updated. I'm glad to see that this feature is working again.
I thought it might be helpful for anyone who has missed this to add some pointers.
Go to the R3 forum.
Click "Watch" (top right, under the post thread button)
Tick "new messages" and "emails"
Confirm "watch"
Now set your email preferences.
Hover over "Forum" on the blue banner across the top of the page, then click "forum settings"
In preferences make sure you have all the relevant options ticked.

Mine was a little intermittent to begin with but seems to be working now. I got an email notification of your post Jacquie.

Are we the only ones having problems with the forum since it underwent some changes over a year ago. Before the change if a new item was posted on the forum you received an e-mail alert. As the posts often include events it was helpful to receive early notification, particularly if it is limited...
