Hi Brian,

It has gone a bit quiet hasn't it?[&:]

I was wondering when the next KH night is? Is it next week Brian? I'm hoping to go along (to spectate[8D])

My news is that I just bought a 968 last Sunday from near Aberdeen. What a fantastic car. Might even sell my '72 911 now. See also http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=60499

Dr Dave

Now that you have a new car maybe you can attend some events?

Jane

KH is on this Wed 23rd at 6pm I will not be along as I will be sunning myself in Aviemore

Regards

Dr Dave,

Just read the post re old 911's that you refer to above, and I have to say that is some of the best advice I've ever read. Although perhaps having had a bit part in your search for a 968, I had no idea that you had trawled through quite so many 911's to arrive at your purchase. makes the dozen of so 968's a I knocked back before settling on the one I bought seem quite reasonable.

Hope you enjoy the car, and look forward to competing with you in this years concours [:D] (assuming Kevin Devaney is barred by dint of having won last year![])

Brian - yes, was on holiday...back now, will do best to "up" the post count ASAP [;)]

Sunning....Aviemore?....oh look, there's that flying pig again.

Just to make you feel bad, it was 37 degrees in Cannes yesterday - I nearly melted!

Is KH 6 or 7pm this week?

Do I have to break the law again to get there only to find it starts at 7pm?? Will the Dax (I could think
of other words) Cobra be allowed on the track this time............. Who knows.......................

Oh and it was nearly 40deg in Barcelona all week!!

Got a go in a Mini Cooper S Convertible and the new Vauxhall Tigra!!!

Interesting week............

John,
Thanks for your comments on my 911 buying guide!

Haven't got photos of my 968 to post, but the original ad has two nice photos (well, they worked for me!)
