Four wheel geometry in south Wales

Hi folks.

Just wondering whether any of you can recommend a place to get my (MY2003 C2 996) four wheel alignment done in the south Wales area? I'm already considering OPC Cardiff and Wind Way Tyres in Cardiff.

Thanks very much.

Adrian.

Hi Adrian,
I have my alignment checked with Discount 9 Autotech in South Cornelly, give them a ring. 01656 740991

Thanks for your replies so far. I'm hoping for a result from at least one of the above. I'll let you know how I get on.....

Thanks again.

Adrian.

Hi Adrian,
From recent experience, speak with Martin Wright at Cardiff OPC, excellent car and customer service, good rates and confidence in the quality an OPC provides.

Thanks Alan.

I've now spoken to Martin at OPC Cardiff and will be delivering the car to him tomorrow afternoon with a view to collecting it on Saturday.

I've chosen the most expensive option here - but I'll let you know how things go.

After initially renewing just the rear tyres the car just didn't feel right and I put it down to the fact that the fronts were 22k miles and six years old.
I ended up renewing all four tyres as the fronts were quite worn on the inside. Martin gave me a good deal on all four and then re-checked the geometry FOC, which was great.
The technician, Mark Staples was very attentive and helpful and listened to everything I had to say about the handling.

The car feels a bit 'different' now - but I guess that's down to having brand new rubber all-round!

Looking forward to getting some serious miles on the new tyres - and then buying a 997.2 Carrera from OPC Cardiff! [;)] (If only....[8|])

Adrian.
