Dear Colleagues
With just two weeks to go I am now asking as a last resort for help with manpower for the Chateau Impney national event.
Because the venue has 2 main entrances and 3 car parks we need more help than usual at this event and manpower planning is critical to the success for a smooth transition of members and non-members cars.
We have had a great response from some 40 members already and of course Directors and Club Office staff are also on the shift rota over the two days.
I am now asking directly for your help and assistance to see if you or your members could come forward to help out?
I have the pay lanes covered and I am seeking volunteers to help out with the car parking and general marshalling.
In total there are 136 two hour shifts that have needed to be filled and so far I have filled 110.
I still need to fill the last 26 two hour shifts.
1x 2 hour shift gets free entry on the day (possibly a Polo shirt if there is enough). 2x 2 hour shift gets a free weekend pass and an event Polo shirt.
