free movie night for Porsches !

Hi there,

just to spread the word : Speed Racers, warner brother´s new movie about racing, its going to have a screening weeks before its release - but only to Sport cars owners - Porsche´s included.

Showing at VUE cinemas in Leeds , at 19.30, the cinema is offering up to 2 free tickets per car - just send an email with a few details.

Saw the new on Pistonheads and I´m going ( got nothing to do on that day ).

If someone wants to troll along ( Im comming from London ), put yourself in the convoy .

They seem to want a few more Porsches. I've emailed the cinema so if I get on the guest list, I'll see you there.
 
The manager of the cinema has emailed me and will be sending me tickets and final details in early May. Thanks for the tip!
 
I've booked some tickets but the film is allegedly cack so I will mingle with other owners in the car park. No dogging though - too bright and extra security!
 
i have a place but i've seen the trailer. oh dear! an early exit may be in order.
 
please note : im hoping that the movie will be decent in the same line of hope were a fezza owner hopes the thing will do 45mpg in town. Im not going for the movie - convoy, chat with owners, etc. If I dont leave the movie in the middle will already be something ! :)
 
OMG just look at the official trailers. This should have gone straight to video for kids. It'll end up in the bargain boxes at Asda and still not sell. It really is dire. Sorry for being negative.Yes - good chance to meet up with Leeds owners prior to Harewood House meet.
 
Hmm,

Just seen the trailer, have to say there is some hope, better than Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift which was a shocking waste of celluloid.

Don't know if I can come along ( funny thing, since I was the one who started the thread ) , Im going to Snertterton for my first track day, but its 7.30am till 17.00 - if we finished bit earlier, I will pop along. Lets see ! Anyway, bay 23 for me !
 
I'll be in bay 37. Please God somebody talk with me so that I am too busy to go in to watch this. Any confirmation that the owner with the Bugatti Veyron is coming? If he wants to swap his car for my RS - I will just laugh in his face. [:D]
