I think the motor has given up, its stuck in internal re-circ position.
Has anyone experienced same problem?
Can you please help , can you take out from the top? or what is the extent of dismantle is necessary to replace?

Thanks Regards John Burton

I think you can get to the servo/motors in the boot space, with the carpet near the bulkhead pulled out of the way.
There are two little boxes with levers on them, they are for the blowers up and down(i had problems with mine. Now fixed)
I would assume this motor/servo is in the same place.

they are where the above says, when you switch the ignition on the middle one motors to its opposite position, and when you switch the ignition off, it returns back to its original position which shuts the vents off, you can hear the motor running for a few seconds in the car when you switch off. The other servos can be check by adjusting the heater controls, or if you think one is broken swap the wiring around.
