I've used this company on many occasions and always had delivered what I've ordered.
The only exception has been the coffin arms.
Yes I've ordered them several times now and yes they took the order and then cancelled it - however on this occasion they arrived - brilliant.
So in general this company has come through for me on many times, as a result I now have a full suspension set for the front end including track rod ends inner and outer, tie bars, coffin arms etc
Thank you Mr Auto

I put this to them last time but the answer was PR rubbish that didn't address the question.
ETA - just checked again and yes still in stock apparently. Yet clearly they aren't.

The coffin arms are OEM and direct from TRW, they are the only parts that have been on back order so am happy now in receipt.
I don't work for them but do like to get value for money and have tried to share my savings with all you dissbaleivers but it seems that you are in the main all too bitter and twisted to recognise a good buy.
Have fun and pay over the odds at all those top Porsche parts suppliers who are busy taking your money off you while smilling all the way to the bank.
The real question isn't dissbalief but is - if Mr auto can do all this for small pound notes then why can't the rest of the suppliers do similar, most won't even give pcgb discount!
Happy days

You are the first person I have ever heard of to get these TRW coffin arms from them in at least 6 months, probably more like 9 months
When TRW get them produced all suppliers will get them, Mr Auto wont be the first or only recipient
Most of us are just hacked off that they promise they have them, allow you to order them ad pay for them, then tell you they dont have them and you have to wait 4 days for a refund!
How easy would it be to get their website working? Simples...........

I've ordered from Mr Auto twice in the last 6 weeks and twice they have none despite their website still saying they have.
I know TRW coffin arms are in very short supply which is why people are buying Meile ones but TRW are OEM and I'd prefer that.
I imagine if they have a part their service is acceptable but they aren't upfront when they haven't. All we are doing is running money through their accounts for them to earn off.
