Front control arms (tuning forks) for Boxster ?

Does anyone know where I could get a relatively (yeah, I know) cheap replacement set of tuning forks for the front of my 986 ? They need replacing, they're knocking and I think causing a small shake from the front.

I've seen between £80 +VAT (each, I need two) to £150 each plus VAT...

Rebushing, if I knew what bushes to get, would be an option. Hartech do rebushed ones for the £80...

The part number is 996 341 043 06, or JTC1185 (the manufacturer's part number).

I got mine through Eurocar parts, the TRW are OEM (actually have the 'P' of the porshe part number ground off as they only have 1 set of moulds...) Use the discount code EXTRA15 for 15% off at the moment means £78 including VAT

Cheers for that. The non-Porsche parts are about £85 on EuroCarParts at the moment, but out of stock anywhere in the country...the genuine article is £145 each. I'll keep trying.

'Frazerpart' usually stock the front and rear arms. I got some lower wishbone (coffin) arms from them at a reasonable price and the customer service is excellent too. [link]http://www.frazerpart.com/[/link]

Thanks - again, out of stock but I've bought from Max before so will check when he's likely to get some in.

Cheers

Hartech offer rebuilt tuning forks at £80 on an exchange basis, but the only problem appears to be getting hold of them to order them...
