Front engine seals replacement - do I need this bit?

Hello (again)...

I'm in the process of replacing my belts and front engine seals and can't quite figure out whether I need a couple of bits:

1) the "oil pump sleave", part #4 in this diagram

2) rear distributor housing seal part #13 in this diagram http://www.pelicanparts.com/PartsLookup/HTML/944_2_USA_85_88_KATALOG/103-05-Frame3.htm

I've already bought the standard front engine seal kit that a lot of people are selling (e.g. http://www.vertexauto.com/ShowItem/208577%20Porsche%20Front%20Engine%20Seal%20Kit%20%20944S,%20944S2.aspx) as well as a kit with three metal sleeves...

Any thoughts?
