Front fog light replacement

I looked at a gen 1 997 turbo yesterday with a view to buying it however there was a minor mark on the nearside corner of the front bumper and the round front fog light had a broken lense.

Does anyone know how easy it is to replace this lamp unit and whether the front bumper has to come off?

You can remove the front section of the inner wheel arch liner to gain access.
