Does anybody know where i could get a front number plate mounting bracket for my 88 3.2. Car originally from Switzerland so had small front plate, so need a bracket for our humungus UK plates.

When you mount it make sure the plate is vertical to the ground and not just bolted to the valance...I got pulled by this on an MOT...Plus i think it looks better!

Hi Alan, thats the reason why i have got the bracket as at the moment it is just stuck on at the same angle as the valance and looks rubbish. Picking the brackets up today so a little weekend task to do. Any idea how difficult it is to mount the bracket as i am totally cack handed[8|]

As I recall pretty easy, but chose to mount the actual number plate without bolts, so got additional stick kit from Halfords.

My number plate is mounted straight onto the valance and has recently passed its MOT. A few months ago I passed under a bridge mobile speed camera on the motorway, urm... not doing the correct speed limit.... But I havent received any notice or letters ! I presum this was because of the accute angle of the plate. Probably just jinxed it now. [] Doh!
