Front splitter

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if the front undertray or the after market front splitter from a 944 turbo can fit a 968?
Are the front bumpers the same size?
Thanks for any help.

Most likely you will run in to difficulties. 968 undertray is completeley different than the 951 one. You also need to modify 951 splitter heavily to get it suit with 968 bumber cover. Easiest way is to get a 968 Turbo splitter clone. Or buy 951 undertray and modify a 951 splitter to fit with 968 bumber cover. Here's a 951 splitter i have made

You MADE that? Bravo sir ... I know you have fabricated a number of your parts, but to make something like that is beyond most people's capabilities. How did you do it? As one Oli to another Olli, bravo sir! [8D] Oli.

Oli, basically the splitter shape was copied from another splitter which is ment for 951, not so demanding after all. After that i have changed shape a bit, to get it fit better. Splitter in the picture is not ready yet, it lacks mounting holes and some other cuttings which were made after i took the picture. Most of fiberglass jobs are more or less copying another peoples work or copies from oem metal parts. Most of us are able to do glassfibre parts after practising. Making parts from oem metal parts are really easy; here's 911 bumpers i have made

I am currently making a big rear wing for a friends S2 race car. Wing's shape is copied from a wrecked wing of GT3 CUP car.Wing to be copied is damaged quite badly, can take just about 70cm long molds of it. After that put several mold together to get about 170cm long final mold. Damaged wing

Olli, I'm very impressed. Lovely workmanship. I'd be happy to bolt any of those parts to my car and be proud of it! I've done a bit of fibreglass moulding in years gone by but never managed to get a finish I was happy with. Always remained a bit rough-and-ready. Yours however has a very much more professional appearance. You say that the splitter (in your first post) is fibreglass - it looks almost as if it is made of rubber, with the finish sheen on it and the more matt back. Oli.

Shame you aren't still making those rear valances, so great to see a valance that wrapped around to the rear arches.

Have had too many projects going on [:)] What i really want is a Zender rear apron. It's the best looking one i have ever seen. Too bad it's almost impossible to find it anymore. If someone have even a bad one available, would love to buy it.
