Front spoiler on 2000 S

Can anyone tell me if there's meant to be a grill covering the centre air intake on a 2000 S spoiler? I had a kamikaze wildlife incident today - a pheasant leapt out in front of the car. It knocked the front number plate off - no problem to fix - but I can't remember if there's a grill that I may now be missing ...

No grill.

(Unless fitted aftermarket).

OPC's have told me they find all sorts of half cooked dead things (the oil cooler gets hot!) in there when they service the cars...[:'(]

I put a set of after market mesh grills on mine as i heard the odd story about rubbish blocking the 3 rads so i bought these from Simon at (See below: Elliot, you pasted your last session link instead of Simons webpage. Mark)

You need help. [:D]

I can see it's probably a good idea to put grills in (there's my xmas pressie sorted). I stopped (to retrieve the errant number plate) but couldn't find the pheasant. It's probably wedged next to the oil cooler. Judging by the extremely meaty impact, I reckon it would have been well tenderised, and now it's getting a nice long slow cooking ... mmmm ... roadkill ....

Thanks Mark, thats what happens when you work nightshifts [&:]
