Front spoiler

Hi,
The front lower spoiler on my car seems to be non-standard. Can any one advise if it is an optional extra, as I haven' t seen one like it before on any other 911.

thanks

Doesn' t look like a Porsche part to me, but at least it appears to be well made and matches up nicely with the bodywork, so that' s no bad thing!
There doesn' t seem to be the facility to fit the flexible rubber lip to it, so presumably the flare out at the bottom does away with the need for it; you should check that out as the original front and rear spoilers are designed to work with each other to maximise high speed stability.
There were optional Porsche turbo front valances associated with the slant nose cars, and of course the 1989 Turbo LE had a completely different front valance.
