Front spoiler

Hi,
The front lower spoiler on my 911 appears to be non-standard. I haven' t seen one like it on any other car. Can anyone advise if it is a special optional extra, or what make it is?

thanks

Definitely non standard and not a recognisable Porsche extra to my eyes - also I don' t think the chrome headlamp trims were available from the factory in the UK. Is it LHD? - post the first few letters of your VIN to try and see the origin of the car (not all of it - security etc!)

Cheers

Quite stylish, in fact - I assume that it is glassfibre ? There were a number of firms selling ' RS type' bits, of which this might be one - at least it looks better than my slightly chewed rubber lip spolier. No fog lights, though.

Why the large opening protected by slats ? I know that there are slots in the standard bumper for the front oil-cooler, and the air-con radiator, but these seem quite large.

It may be something Autofarm used to sell. I remember seeing something kind of similar on the ex-Josh Sadler Turbo race car.

Personally, not my cup of tea. Likewise the chrome trims. All looks kind of out of place on an impact bumper car.

I have changed the chrome bits recently.
The photo was pre this change.

I haven' t seen one like it before. Is it a non-sport Carrera, or if you have a rear spoiler do you notice any handling problems?

Have you adjusted the bonnet alignment since the photo was taken?

Hi,
Just noticed on Page34 of July' s issue of Porsche post, showing a 911 with the same spoiler!
