Front wishbone different on M030?

I'm getting a new front wishbone on my car done at the moment due to the old ball joint wear. However, the one that's been obtained from the garage (a re-furbed item from Porsch-apart) apparently doesn't fit. Are M030 front wishbones different from the standard items and if so are they available as re-furbed items without having to send my one off?
 
I knew they were different but I didn't know in what way.

When one of mine wore out a few years ago the M030 one's were actually about £100 cheaper than all the others [&:] (£370 back then) and I managed to flog my old one for £100 to someone needing one to refurbish
