I've had my 2017 macan GTS for less than a year all doing nicely - but major service (4 year) was due soon due to mileage so got that done recently. this one included a pdk oil change. So before this it was doing about 24-26mpg in 'normal' mode on summer tyres, cruising along in no hurry on a mixture of regularly used fast B/A roads and some motorways.
Since the oil change, I'm getting high 20's mpg - 28-29 on the same roads with the same driver, same load, same fuel type, and now have winter wheels on (the tyres which one would have thought would increase fuel consumption not decrease it)?
My other cars always sound and run better after an oil change - but never had the pdk oil changed and seen a before/after on that - so was wondering if anyone else has noticed similar improvement after a pdk oil change to fuel consumption? It's a consistently better figure not a one-off hence my curiosity?
