fuel line clip removal

I'm trying to remove my fuel lines at the moment as they're rusted pretty badly but I have no idea how to get the clips off. I have tried prising them off with a screwdriver but had no luck, only managed to get it partly off.

Is there a special trick to it or am I just going to have to cut them off, I'm quite happy to replace them if I have to.
 
Try an allen key in the middle and see if they unscrew, if so do that. If not then use some pipe pliers to remove them, but be careful not to snap the stud off. New clips are all plastic, you can normally retain the rubber insert and re use.
 
Hmm, mine were all plastic jobs with nothing special in the middle.

Found the easiest way to remove them was using a pair of tin snips, they quickly came off.
