Fuel pump fuse

Hoping for help. [8|]
I am at the point of diagnosing wether its my fuel pump that is causing my car not to start. I have ordered a new DME relay switch as most of these forums point to that being a problem. I note that some people are saying there is a second fuse to check? Mine is a 1988 944 i dont seem to be able to locate a second fuse?
The fuel pump makes no noise when the key is turned but in taking the cap off the fuel rail fuel did dribble out! So also in the proceeds of doing a pressure test.

I just want to make sure im not missing something simple like a second fuse!

Thanks

And the fuel should spray out on just loosening the cap, not "dribble out", and should do so after the engine has been cranked... without that kind of fuel pressure, the injectors aren't going to open, so you certainly sound on the right lines looking at a fuel supply problem. Have you put a meter across your fuel pump to see if you have power there?

Ok so it does look like im checking the correct things. I haven't put a metre on the fuel pump yet planning this on my next visit. I was convinced i should hear something just by turning the key but if thats no the case then thats fine i will carry on and check pressure etc.

Thanks
