Does anyone know where to find the performance charactristics of Bosch fuel pumps used in say 944, 968 or 928's ?

I am thinking of one with higher throughput over a std 968 -- eg +20% would be ideal

thx

I don't know any specific specs Paul but from what I know most racing Turbos will use the Bosch 044 motorsport pump that I have (and I believe so does Nick Wilner on his 968T). Extremely modified Turbos in the US will use two pumps just to make sure []

I've been thinking about this subject recently too. There's some info on Rennlist [link=http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=401853]here[/link]

More info [link=http://www.pauertuning.com/index_files/fuelpump.htm]here[/link] . I have dealt with this guy before and he knows his stuff!!

Peter -- your link was just what I needed. -- looks like a 909 pump is the next best one for me with the correct inlet/outlet sizes. This together with a mildly uprated pressure regulator should help to keep fuelling at optimum levels. paul
