Fuel service

I had some recon injectors a mint fuel rail and a new fuel filter lying about , so I set about a full inline fuel service .
Started on the fuel filter and a few hours later ! The return fuel pipe was that corroded that is started leaking as I moved it ! At 6pm I had to improvise . I cut away the rotten part of the pipe and managed to peace in a section using a 5.5mm socket as a step down from one rubber pipe to another ! Job sorted for now . I fitted the recon injectors and rail , put some injector cleaner and went out for an hour or so to see if they made any difference . Well I must say that my S2 now drives much smother and goes like a bat out of Hell ! It was kicking out in the dry with Continental 255 rear tyres ! O my God , I won't be able to control it in the wet :) My wife thinks I am having an affair ! I said that the love affair is with the S2 .

Great job!

Sounds like you may have just saved the car from a fiery end, as well as vastly improving the performance.

Not you again ! What's your problem mate ?
Now you are calling me a liar ? back in the day you could get shot for that !
I went from 6k in second to third and the back end broke as I put down the power in third !
Now if you want to come and test it for your self then you are welcome .
Please don't call me a liar .
Once again this S2 is really fast for some reason ? I have owned a few 944's now and a 944 Turbo . This S2 is running really well .

Has a Pro Max chip fitted and the Janspeed fitted , no cat

So if you have nothing better to do today than be nasty ? Piss off !

Only you have a problem. Firstly you ask for an opinion on wheels, but you obviously only want people to say that they like them. I think that theyre horrible wheels even though they were well priced.

On this thread I have made a long-standing forum joke which has gone completely over your head, even though I made it extremely obvious by including a smiley.

Your attitude stinks, so maybe this friendly forum isnt the best place for you?

Are you threatening to shoot me? Think very carefully before you answer.

Excuse me ! My attitude stinks and you decide who uses this forum now ?
Why don't you reflex on your self and get fooked !
Get over your self mate .
And that was not a joke ? You were insinuating that I was not telling the truth ?
Have a nice day , as you are not impacting my day what so ever ! :) Nasty grumpy Fookers

I do not have to think carefully to reply to you Simon ! Read what I put on that thread and get in contact with your solicitors and Police ? As they would laugh at you ? you Muppet !
Back in the day ? Referring to how gentle men settled there disputes ? A Duel ! I was joking .
If I was going to shoot a man ? I would not put it on a forum ?

This shows of what mentality you are ? And indeed the joke is on you Simon , as clearly you are not a gentleman ???

A duel is an arranged engagement in combat between two individuals, with matched weapons in accordance with agreed-upon rules.

Duels in this form were chiefly practised in Early Modern Europe, with precedents in the medieval code of chivalry, and continued into the modern period (19th to early 20th centuries) especially among military officers. During the 17th and 18th centuries (and earlier), duels were mostly fought with swords (the rapier, later the smallsword, and finally the French foil), but beginning in the late 18th century and during the 19th century, duels were more commonly fought using pistols; fencing and pistol duels continued to co-exist throughout the 19th century. Pistol duelling was employed many times in the Colonial United States until it fell out of favor in Eastern America in the 18th century. It was retained however in the American Old West for quite some time due to the absence of common law.

The duel was based on a code of honour. Duels were fought not so much to kill the opponent as to gain "satisfaction", that is, to restore one's honour by demonstrating a willingness to risk one's life for it, and as such the tradition of duelling was originally reserved for the male members of nobility; however, in the modern era it extended to those of the upper classes generally. From the early 17th century duels became illegal in the countries where they were practised.

The most absurd thread and over reaction I've read in ages. I love it!

Spud guns (or water pistols) at dawn for the children.

Thanks mate : ) Must be something in the fuel !

Need to really watch what you put in writing these days as some people try and twist it to there own paranoid thoughts !

I think these are my last few threads on the forum , same thing happened on face book , totally misunderstood and now having to deal with constant Mi5 agents following me every where ;)
