I suppose I shouldn't be too suprised - my wife was at the OPC for the best part of an hour, reception and service were helpful and pleasant, but nobody from sales suggested she might like to replace/change or upgrade the car (hers to decide) or even ask is she was happy with it.
Now she isn't looking to replace the car yet - but it's nice to be asked. Other OPC's at least make the effort not to appear just to sit there waiting to be showered with money.
