Cayenne V6 3.2 has a spare wheel well, so should work the same.
Green Fuel in Bath did my Jeep job - no complaints.

A friend in the MB club told me he had a Range Rover converted and the tank went into
the spare wheel space and this also gave the petrol tank a normal capacity .
The gas was ok for about 300 miles which would suit me admirably.
I must take a serious look although i am thinkng of going back to RR V 8 Diesel
(sorry fellow posters/members)
Clarkson Van Hire .,the owner of the garage is a Porsche owner It is a Italian kit approved and was the dough nut style fitted in the spare wheel well ,capacity is approx 90 ltrs but you cannot fully fill the system so is approx 75 ltrs You do loose the spare and have to have the gunk can if you have a puncture. They reckon you get about the same as petrol but at 65pa litre how long that will last with this government taxing everything it wont be long before alternative fuels go up .

That will do about the same as the equivalent petrol. Say 300 miles .
You do not lose your petrol tank so you have the additional capacity
of another 400 miles if you cant find a place to refill with Gas .
The gas tank fits in the spare wheel well so you lose that but i only had
a pot of glue anyway and the well is wasted space.
The fried who had his Rangy done is in Lancashire is that any good to you?
There are many scatterd around the country and the tecknology must
be very similar. My fried paid £1700 to have it done .
