It's that time of year again, the fanstasic Gawsworth Hall Classic Car Show, not to be missed if you can spare a few hours on May Bank Holiday Monday, there is always a very good show of Porsche's on the top field at the historic house, together with TIPEC members cars.

There will be complimentary tea and coffee available in the marquee for members, where you can chat and take a break, just hope the weather holds up, it has been good for the last 4 years.

The main event starts on Monday starts at 10:30am (Entrance is £4.00 per head for exhibitors).

See Gawsworthhall Events or April 2010 Newsletter for details.

Some NW members and myself are helping out, the day prior to the event to put up the marquee and mark out the field at 2PM, so if your around Macclesfield area on the day, you will be very welcome to help setup the pitch.

Here's a few pics from last years event, hope to see you there...

Roddy / Alan,

Looking forward to the event now, weather forecast is good for Monday, a bit cold at 11C, but no rain !

Just had new tyres fitted (the other day) on my 986, and also replaced my original wheel caps with some very nice Alloy Wheel Centre Caps Badges from a guy on Ebay, after one of them was stolen (with the help of a large screw driver which also damaged my wheels) at the Open Evening at Hartech Ltd Bolton a few weeks ago.

Not sure why they removed them, as they were not looking there best after two long winter on the road, but gave me a good excuse to replace them with something better, anyway they didn't do any other damage, must of just liked the look of them...

According to Barry's MAY 2010 NEWSLETTER, the entrance charge has come down to £3.50 per head for exhibitors ! [8D]

See you all soon.

Regards,

Chris.
