Looking for something to do this coming Sunday ?
Held at Gaydon, so local to our region....

"Current model" register event is Sunday 25th May 2008

With plenty of events taking place this year for the classics, its been decided to arrange an event for the current Porsche range of models.
This includes the 997, Cayman, Boxster and Cayenne (in no paticular order)

The event will cost £5 per member entry to event this will include PCGB exclusive parking (either Regional-Register), entrance to the fabulous refurbished British Motor Heritage Museum collection and facilities (normally @£10)

Also the chance to go off roading on the Cayenne experience, courtesy of Porsche Cars GB. (which was pretty Damn impressive last year, seeing and being in a Cayenne doing its thing...[8D])

There will be a driving demonstration/test on during the day.

This is at the British Motor Heritage Museum at Gaydon http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk/sectionpages/museum_index.html, Junction 12 of the M40

There are Toilets and Catering facilities on site.[;)]

See you there, hoping for good weather [:D]
So how does a 996 fit into a 'Current' model ?? The event has been pushed for a number of months in the 996 register section of PP

By the main organiser being the 996 RS [;)] JM

I thinks its become more termed as a "modern car" meet, but it is open to all club members whichever model.
Plenty of hard standing for the Porsche's, I'm led to believe that non Porsche attendees will be parked at the top by the karting..
