well its all organised now.. at the cost of only £5 per adult kids under 15 free. you get the chance (places limited..book on the day) to have a ride around the 4x4 track in a cayenne driven by one of Porsches own drivers,to take part in a driving challange that Johnny McGirl is organising withthe help of OPC Cambridge, plus entry into the museum(usual entry pass just for the museum is £6 per person) there will also be a selection of trades stands for you to spend your money at.
**Karting for adults and children over 8 and the 4x4 course in a Landrover is also available at an extra cost of £4.80 per person. book via the museum on the day.

show opens at 10am. parking is by model register please.
 
Helen, are you over-run with offers of help from the many Register Secretaries or their assistants to sort out the model parking at Gaydon? If not what time should they arrive to offer their services on the day?
 
any help would be most gratefully received. if volenteers could contact me then i can have a chat with them and organise a rota.

help is needed with setting up/taking down, ticket/entry sales,directing parking. signing in for driving challenge (think Johnny is sorting that) and 4x4 challenge and also welcome/information centre(including signing up new members)
