Gaydon on Sunday

Is anyone going to Gaydon on Sunday? As I was unable to get to the Modern event earlier in the month I thought I might take a little detour on my way back from Wales.

Just got back. A good day; not too formal, superb weather (not too hot) and masses of cars to see.

The Police were out in force in the way back - I saw two Porsches pulled over on the M40, so it will probably turn out to be an expensive day out for some.

A very pleasant day. Some great photos Spyderman, I even managed to spot my car in the background of a few photos.

I must admit I saw nothing of the police all day which considering I drove up from South Wales and then on down to Hampshire. Had an interesting blast down the M40 on the way to Gaydon with a black 996 Turbo overtaking me a great rate of knots only to catch it up as the driver took a phone call!!

Did anyone on here do the track run? If so how was it?

The Police all seemed to be on the other carriageway (fortunately) nabbing people going to the event as I was leaving. I saw more Police today than I've seen on the roads in the last month!
