gearbox issues Cayenne Turbo S

Hi new to the forum and looking for advice
the story so far
Engine in my Cayenne turbo S 4.5 2007 plate over heated and required a rebuild, engine completely rebuilt by myself with new turbos etc, the engine is now back in the car and running but the car wont go into gear (auto box)......any advice from anyone please
is there a gearbox ECU or managment system that requires a reset?
is there a place that could or would do a resetting without turning me upside down?
I am in scotland and would happily take the car to wherever or come to an arrangment with someone to come to my garage to repair.
